Export Sales Administrator – Part‑time
A growing business based in Coventry is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Export Sales Administrator to support their international sales operations on a part‑time basis.
The Role
* Processing international customer orders from enquiry through to dispatch
* Preparing export and customs documentation
* Liaising with freight forwarders and courier companies regarding shipments
* Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving delivery‑related issues
* Supporting the smooth running of export and sales administration processes
* Assisting with process improvements and general operational support
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within export sales support, shipping, logistics or international administration
* Knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

* Office-based role in Coventry
