As Health & Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the competent person for health & safety, promoting a safe working culture across the business
* Managing environmental systems and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
* Driving initiatives to improve energy efficiency, waste recycling, and reduce environmental impact
* Overseeing facilities maintenance, ensuring safe, clean, and compliant workspaces
* Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and local authorities
* Leading risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations, implementing improvements where necessary
* Preparing reports and KPIs for senior leadership and safety committees
* Coordinating occupational health functions and supporting return–to–work plans
As Health & Safety Manager, your experience will include:
* Previous experience in health & safety leadership and environmental compliance
* Strong knowledge of legislative requirements and risk management
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Ability to analyse performance data and present actionable insights
* Confident communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners
* A proactive mindset and eye for detail
