Purpose
Oversee the effective delivery of the Navigator Programme for young people aged 16–24 with SEND across the London Borough of Bexley. The postholder will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary delivery team to ensure high-quality delivery and a consistent, person-centred, strengths-based approach aligned to the programme objectives. They will oversee the team’s achievement of contractual KPIs, and positive progression of participants into Education, Employment or Training (EET).
This is a fixed-term opportunity until 31st July 2027
