Salary: £56,270 to £59,541 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full time / 37.5 hours per week
Other: £3,000 Golden Hello (one‑off payment for new joiners only)

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be based in the CT department with the primary aim of leading the department on a daily basis, whilst liaising closely with the General X‑ray & CT Superintendent to maintain and enhance the CT imaging service offered to our patients and stakeholders. A flexible and adaptive working attitude is crucial, along with a willingness to participate in the on‑call service. You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team in the Diagnostic Directorate, showing flexibility of shared tasks to ensure that we provide the best quality service. Establishing good working relationships with all areas of the wider hospital is essential. You will work with a team of Senior and Superintendent Radiographers to provide high standards of service. The department can be very busy and the job holder must be able to work well under pressure in a complex environment. You will perform a variety of CT examinations including full body imaging, neurological, cardiac and biopsy procedures, as well as some specialist orthopaedic imaging.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* BSc/Diploma in Radiography
* HCPC Registration
* Significant CT experience (minimum 5 years)
* Strong general X‑ray experience
* Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast‑paced clinical setting
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Evidence of CPD
* Postgraduate Certificate in CT
* Siemens CT experience
* Previous leadership or mentoring experience
