A luxury watch boutique are seeking an extremely well-presented Showroom Host with exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and professional environment for high-net-worth customers.
Responsibilities
* Warmly greet customers and visitors upon entering the boutique
* Offer and provide customers with hot and cold refreshments
* Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
* Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant
* Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with refreshments
* Take part in events and provide support for in-store promotions
* Administrative duties, including managing the database and responding to emails
Requirements
* Experience in a similar luxury retail environment or beauty counter
* Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Manage the boutique area and administrative tasks efficiently
* Work collaboratively with management and all team members
