Responsibilities
* Responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation.
* Hands‑on operator coaching and supporting the team to deliver the highest standards while ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.
* Run a branded restaurant operation, manage staff, handle guest experience and maintain service quality.
* Available to work a range of shifts and days; the operation is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
Qualifications
* Experience in running a branded restaurant operation.
* Looking for a step into a hotel career or already working within a hotel in a Restaurant or Bar Manager position and seeking more responsibility.
* Willingness to work varied shifts and on a 7‑day week.
* Strong coaching and leadership skills.
