This role is perfect for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about supporting babies during the earliest stages of their development and wants to be part of a nursery that genuinely invests in its people.

* Experience working within an early years setting
* Experience within a baby room – desirable
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* A caring, patient, and child-centred approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
* Providing high‑quality care and education within the baby room
* Supporting babies’ learning and development through engaging, age‑appropriate experiences
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Observing, assessing, and monitoring children’s development
* Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and individual needs
* Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
