\n\nYour new role \n\nAs a Portfolio Assistant, you'll provide vital administrative support to Investment and Portfolio Managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of client services. Your responsibilities will span from client onboarding, payment processing, document management, and coordination of review meetings. You'll also act as a key point of contact for clients and professional advisers, and step in to support senior team members when required.

\nKey Responsibilities Include:\n\nManaging incoming post and client documentation\nUsing internal systems (e.g., APX, AWD, Client Space) to process requests\nResponding to client and introducer queries via phone and email\nCoordinating meetings and supporting client onboarding\nHandling transfers, payments, and account amendments\nPreparing client review packs and assisting with reporting\nUpdating KYC data and processing ISA/LISA/JISA subscriptions\nBuilding strong relationships with clients and professional advisers\nEnsuring compliance with FCA Conduct RulesWhat you'll need to succeed \n\nMinimum 2 years' experience in the asset or investment management industry\nSolid understanding of investment products (ISAs, SIPPs, Trusts, etc.)\nExcellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail\nStrong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset\nAbility to manage complex information and work independently\nConfidence using internal systems such as APX, AWD, and Client SpaceWhat you'll get in return \n\nCompetitive salary up to £30,000\nFlexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)\nOpportunity to work within a high-performing, supportive team\nExposure to a broad range of investment operations\nA values-led culture that champions inclusion, integrity, and professional growthWhat you need to do now \n\nIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to submit your CV or get in touch for a confidential discussion.Not quite the right fit?
