Electrical Project Manager required for a growing electrical contractor delivering commercial, retail, and industrial projects across the region. The Electrical Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and within budget.Responsibilities of the Electrical Project Manager: Lead early-stage project engagement and attend client and design meetingsCarry out site surveys and produce detailed project reportsReview drawings, specifications, and project requirementsAssist with tender submissions and cost planningIdentify technical risks, programme constraints, and commercial considerationsPlan and manage electrical works from project start through to completionCoordinate multiple electrical projects simultaneouslyManage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractorsMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions where requiredConduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are achievedChair site meetings and provide clear progress updatesMaintain financial control including forecasting and cost trackingManage project variations including pricing and client agreementObtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best valueOversee labour planning and resource allocationEnsure all electrical installations comply with current regulations and legislationReview RAMS and enforce health and safety standardsManage snagging, quality inspections, and final handoversEnsure certification and O&M documentation is completed accurately and on timeAct as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsSupport and lead both office-based and site-based teamsRequirements for the Electrical Project Manager: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical InstallationStrong working knowledge of BS7671 and current electrical regulationsPrevious experience managing multiple electrical projectsValid CSCS Manager or Professionally Qualified Person cardFull UK driving licenceDesirable Experience: SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualificationExperience within commercial, retail, or industrial electrical projectsKnowledge of MS Project and commercial tracking softwareExperience working within a multi-disciplinary environmentSkills Required: Strong commercial awareness and financial management skillsExcellent organisational and programme management abilityConfident leadership and team management skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBenefits for the Electrical Project Manager: Competitive salary dependent on experienceCompany vehicle or car allowanceDoor-to-door paymentHybrid working25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPension scheme 3% employee and 5% employer contributionMobile phone and laptop providedSpecialist training and developmentGenuine career progression opportunitiesFull-time permanent employmentIf you are interested in this Electrical Project Manager role, please apply online or contactGrace on 07451263204TPBN1_UKTJ
