This role is for an experienced creative, strategic, and results-driven social media expert, responsible for developing and delivering a strategy that aligns to Exclusive Collection’s business objectives, whilst ensuring we hold a competitive presence within social media. Key Responsibilities · Develop and deliver an annual social media strategy across organic, paid and influencer marketing for all business segments. · Shape the voice and visual identity of all Exclusive Collection’s brands on social media, ensuring this reflects our tone of voice, values, and unique brand identities. · Keep up to date with the latest social media functionality and trends to identify when and where we should invest in emerging opportunities. · Support and work collaboratively with wider marketing and property teams to ensure all social media related touchpoints and wider marketing objectives are achieved. · Review and report on social media performance, delivering insights to improve results and inform refinement in strategy. · Embody the Exclusive Collection values and expectations as a B Corp business in your day-to-daywork practice. Person Specification · Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms and accounts for a hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or similar brand. · Strong commercial understanding of influencer marketing, social media advertising and wider digital marketing ecosystems. · Passionate and proactive storyteller with excellent copywriting and visual judgement. · Highly organised, self-driven, comfortable working independently as well within a team. · Confident managing and working with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
