Job Description
As the Multi Skilled Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
3. Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment.
4. Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
5. Collaborate with the production team to enhance equipment performance.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all tasks.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance.
8. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
10. Support the training and development of junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Multi Skilled Engineer should have:
11. A recognised qualification in electrical engineering.
12. Experience in maintaining equipment within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
13. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
14. Knowledge of PLC systems and automated equipment is desirable.
15. A commitment to upholding health and safety standards in the workplace.
