Accomplish is looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of a 10-bed Service that supports individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD). The service is currently at 9 occupancy and has a Deputy Manager in place. Location: Bromsgrove. Salary: Up to £47,000. Bonus: 21% annual bonus. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced "turn-around" manager to improve processes and quality.

We Are Looking For a Manager Who Is
* Experienced as a Registered Manager
* Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
* Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities or Acquired Brain Injury
* Demonstrates positive values
* Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
* Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
* Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
Qualifications / Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and oversight for the 10-bed service, ensuring quality of care and compliance with relevant regulations
* Manage staff, services and quality improvement initiatives
* Support individuals with LD to live as independently as possible, with choice and respect
* Monitor occupancy and service performance with the Deputy Manager
