The Role
As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of content across digital, email, website, and direct mail channels. You’ll manage and inspire a content team, craft compelling copy for diverse audiences, and bring fresh creative ideas to life through blog, video, animation, and multi-channel campaigns. This is a strategic and hands-on role, perfect for someone looking to shape how content drives customer engagement and brand perception at scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a small team to deliver content aligned to campaign and trading calendars
* Own copywriting across B2C blogs, email, websites, and direct mail campaigns
* Champion content best practice—SEO, AI optimisation, tone of voice and audience relevance
* Collaborate with design, product, and wider marketing teams to deliver cross-channel messages
* Test and analyse performance data to continually improve relevance, reach, and engagement
* Repurpose long-form content across formats and platforms, tailoring for specific audience needs
Your Experience
* Proven experience in content creation and multi-channel copywriting
* Strong storytelling, editing, and tone of voice skills
* A creative and strategic thinker who can manage stakeholders and deliver at pace
* Experience working with content formats including written, video, and animated assets
* Understanding of SEO, analytics, and the role of AI tools in scaling content
* Highly organised with strong communication, project management, and attention to detail
