Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, 34 Stourbridge Road, Bromsgrove, B61 0AE
Salary: £14.60 per hour | £30,368 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30am–6:00pm | All year round | Closed on bank holidays

We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced early years Toddler Room Leader to join our Bromsgrove team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, qualified early years professional who can lead a room with energy, creativity, and care.
Essential Requirements:
* Level 3 or above full and relevant Early Years qualification
* Experience working in a children’s day nursery
* Room Leader or Team Leader experience
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding procedures, and SEND support
* Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric care
Key Responsibilities
* Lead your room and support your team to deliver outstanding early years education
* Act as a Key Person and build strong partnerships with parents/carers
* Ensure your room meets all EYFS and safeguarding standards
* Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Support and mentor practitioners to grow and develop professionally
