Responsibilities
* Engage with home buyers, providing them with comprehensive information about the different types of survey available to them and why having a survey is an essential part of the home buying process.
* Highlight key benefits of the GOTO Group, to encourage sales.
* Maintain an organised database of leads and follow up with prospects via phone and email.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries from clients.
Requirements
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Ability to demonstrate organisational skills in managing client information and appointments.
* Basic maths skills for calculating costs and payments
* Experience in sales is highly desirable but not essential.
* A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
