The property Executive is looking for a Senior Chef to join his team and support this gorgeous small-plate outlet, which operates over lunch and dinner. The restaurant has a strong focus on locally sourced produce from the estate and seasonal ingredients, creating dishes that are modern, fresh, and reflective of the local area.
As the Head Chef, you will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the financial responsibilities of running your own outlet. Team development is a key part of this role, and autonomy in menu creation is very much welcomed.
A minimum 23 Rosette background is required to meet the high standards of food quality.
Basic salary up to £40,000.
A car is required due to the location, although some shared live-in accommodation is available.
