Hyde is looking to recruit an inbound Customer Service Officer.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working within our demanding call centre as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be expected to manage a high volume of demanding and challenging inbound telephone calls, ensuring a speedy resolution and a satisfied customer.
Responsibilities
* Acting as a first point of contact for customers.
* Handling up to 50-60 demanding telephone calls daily.
* Referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams.
* Providing a great customer service across all communication platforms.
* Meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets.
* Building and maintaining excellent rapport with our internal and external customers.
Skills and Experience required
* Customer Service experience
* Microsoft Office
* Empathetic putting yourself in the customers shoes
* Resilient dealing with difficult telephone calls
* The ability to type whilst on a telephone call
