Crest Nicholson's well-established Chiltern division is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join the team working from our St Albans office, covering developments across the region.

Our diverse property portfolio caters to a wide range of purchasers, from first-time buyers to families and investors.
As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate cost management, handling contractual issues, procurement, and payment of sub-contractors for large, complex development projects from pre-operational stages through to final account settlement.
We are seeking a Senior Surveyor with extensive housebuilding/residential main contractor experience who is looking for career progression. You should have excellent project management skills across multiple projects at different stages, including value engineering, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting, with COINS experience preferred.
You will be a numbers-driven, commercially aware individual with strong problem-solving skills. Leading by example, you will foster a strong team ethic and build effective relationships with your team, regional teams, and external partners.
Your qualifications and memberships should align with Senior Surveyor level within the industry.
