Are you passionate about driving sustainability and ensuring high standards in environmental farming practices? We are looking for a dedicated Technical Assurance Coordinator to play a vital role in the integrity and development of a unique certification system.
Our client works at the forefront of sustainable food and farming. Their globally recognised certification ensures that farmers follow responsible environmental practices. This role gives you the opportunity to influence and shape assurance systems that make a real impact on sustainability.
As a Technical Assurance Coordinator, you will:
* Coordinate and implement key technical assurance activities.
* Support the development of certification protocols, audit procedures, and membership structures.
* Create technical documentation, including guidance materials and training resources.
* Work closely with certification bodies, auditors, and stakeholders to maintain high assurance standards.
* Lead and manage technical projects that improve the efficiency and scalability of the certification system.
* Represent at external meetings and events, promoting the certification system.
What We’re Looking For
* Substantial knowledge, and/or experience working in, certification schemes
* Technical knowledge of environmental sustainability in farming.
* Strong organisational & project management skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Data literacy & analytical thinking – comfortable working with technical data and databases.
* Problem-solving mindset – adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Excellent communication skills – ability to translate complex information into clear guidance.
* Collaborative team player with an independent and proactive approach.
The Offer
* Competitive Salary – £28,500 per annum. + SAGE Benefits package (online discounts and savings)
* Hybrid Working – Min. 1 day per week in the office.
* 30 Days Holiday – 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays + additional service-related days.
* December Shutdown – 3 discretionary extra days off!
