We’re proud to be partnering with a leading organization in their search for an experienced AzureCloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain their Azure cloud environment and supporting infrastructure.
Base pay range
Up to £70k + Generous benefits, pension, and bonus scheme
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and the Internal Developer Platform.
* Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep.
* Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and GitOps for Kubernetes (AKS).
* Ensure security, compliance, and reliability across all platform services.
* Monitor performance and optimize costs using Azure and third-party tools.
* Collaborate with development teams to improve automation, delivery, and developer experience.
Required experience
* Strong hands‑on experience with Azure core and platform services (AKS, App Services, networking, storage, API Management).
* Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform essential, Bicep desirable) and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
* Proven Kubernetes (AKS) experience, including cluster operations, networking, RBAC and GitOps workflows.
* Knowledge of observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Datadog/Grafana) and DevSecOps best practices.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with engineers and SREs to deliver secure, self‑service platforms.
* Understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, Azure Landing Zones and the Well‑Architected Framework.
