Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, excluding public bank holidays. The role is available full-time and on a permanent contract.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive New Business Sales Manager who brings energy, commercial talent, and strong market understanding to engage with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands. You will be responsible for winning new customers and supporting the delivery of high‑impact programmes that help organisations build truly inclusive workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
* Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders across target organisations
* Build, manage, and progress a strong sales pipeline
* Co‑create tailored programmes with internal experts
* Deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations
* Lead negotiations and close new business deals
* Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
* Act as a customer advocate in shaping new initiatives
* Develop and maintain key customer relationships where required
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong solution delivery

Person Specification
Essential
* Experience in B2B new business sales, account management, or client‑facing commercial roles
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
* Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive, commercial mindset
* Experience working towards and achieving targets or KPIs
Desirable
* Knowledge of Access to Work
* Awareness of workplace adjustments, neurodiversity, or disability inclusion
* Experience using CRM or digital tools to track client interactions and performance
