Behaviour Support Worker – Bradford
Area: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Rate: £90-£120 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will:
1. Support students 1:1 and in small groups with behavioural and emotional needs.
2. Implement behaviour plans and provide consistent boundaries and expectations.
3. Promote social and emotional development through tailored strategies and interventions.
4. Help maintain a calm, structured classroom that supports positive behaviour.
5. Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
What We’re Looking For
6. Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour or emotional needs.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. Good understanding of behaviour management strategies.
9. A genuine passion for supporting young people’s development.
10. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
11. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
To be eligible, you must:
12. Hold Right to Work in the UK.
13. Have an enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
14. Provide two professional, child-related references.
