Working Pattern: This is a full time position with a contract of 32.5 hours per week, worked across a 5 day week. The role will be based at our Central Office in Preston.
The Role
We are seeking a Bistro Supervisor to lead catering operations across our central office and two manufacturing canteens. This is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor with strong people leadership, customer service, and food safety standards.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of three catering facilities, leading your team to deliver a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service.

About You
* Supervisory experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar environment
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and allergen management
* A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
