What You'll Do:
As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a key role in the recruitment process:
* Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
* Build relationships over the phone with new and existing candidates
* Support consultants and clients throughout the hiring journey
* Collaborate closely with a dynamic and friendly team
What We’re Looking For:
* Analytical, focused and resilient under pressure
* Confident telephone manner and excellent communication
* Strong people skills and attention to detail
* A team player with a sense of humour and drive to succeed
* No prior recruitment experience needed – full training provided!
* Commission – uncapped earnings potential
* 31 days holiday, rising to 34 (incl. bank holidays & Christmas break)
* Relaxation area with table tennis, darts, snooker & TV and free parking
