RoleSummary
TheyareseekinganexperiencedHRAdvisortojointheteamona12-monthFixedTermContract(FTC) on a remote basis.Thisfront-linerolewillprovideessentialsupporttomanagersacrossarangeofHRfunctions,withastrongemphasisonrecruitmentcoordination,systemmanagement,andoperationalHRtasks.Theidealcandidatewillbeautonomousandagile,thrivinginabusyenvironmentwheremultitaskingandquickdecision-makingarekey.
Thispositioncanbeeither4or5daysperweek,withflexibilityrequiredforanydayoff,startinginearlyFebruary.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Providefront-lineHRsupporttomanagers,includingmanagingsicknessabsence,PerformanceImprovementPlans(PIPs),flexibleworkingrequests,maternityandpaternityleave,andchangestoTermsandConditions(T&Cs).
2. Handleonboardingandinductionprocessesfornewhires,ensuringsmoothintegrationbothonandofftheHRsystem.
3. Coordinaterecruitmentactivities,includingmanagingtherecruitmentsystemandsupportingend-to-endprocesses.
4. MaintainandlookaftertheHRsystem(Cascadeexperienceisadvantageous),generatingtrainingreports,conductingHRaudits,andupdatingorganizationalstructures.
