A main dealer in Bexhill is looking for a Vehicle Technician to join a workshop that genuinely delivers: great kit, a solid flow of work, a team that knows what they’re doing and a management style that lets technicians get on with the job without drama.
It’s a place with energy, momentum and the kind of atmosphere where people enjoy their day and earn properly doing it.
Responsibilities
* Servicing, repairs and maintenance
* Diagnostic work appropriate to skill level
* Supporting workshop flow and quality
* MOT testing for those licensed
Requirements
* Background as a service, repair or diagnostic technician
* MOT licence a bonus, not essential
* Reliable, motivated and confident in a busy environment
* Minimum qualified to a level 2
Salary and Benefits
* Basic salary: £34,000–£36,000
* Bonus: Efficiency-based, averaging £400–£700 per month
* Average earning achieved: £43,800–£47,000
* Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.15am–5.15pm. Saturdays: 1-in-3, 8.15am–12.15pm (paid at 1.5x)
* Extra overtime available if wanted
