FIXRA is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specialising in car parts and DIY essentials. With a diverse and expanding product portfolio, a loyal customer base, and strong sales across multiple platforms, including website, Amazon and eBay.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help optimise our online presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, organised, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily management of listings across platforms such as Amazon and our DTC website.
* Managing marketplace and website advertising campaigns, setting up and keeping on top of the advertising spend and strategy.
* Support the execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and price adjustments.
* Monitor and update product content, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
* Coordinate with the marketing team on basic digital content updates and email campaigns.
* Track and report on key metrics such as sales performance and customer reviews.
* Conduct competitor and market research to help inform strategy.
Qualifications
* Strong interest in e-commerce and digital retail.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or eBay) is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Permanent / Full-Time Role
Salary £32,000 - £36,000 per year, depending on experience
