A Bit About The Role
Operations Systems Lead – Step level 3, London, Worksop. Full‑time onsite role reporting to the Demand Manager and partnering with users across our UK sites (Rudie’s Kitchen & Ace’s Pantry) and our Polish site (Sam’s Kitchen). The role sits at the intersection of supply chain, finance, warehouse, fulfilment, and production, overseeing site SAP utilisation to ensure digital data reflects physical reality.
Key Responsibilities
* Own inventory and transaction integrity: lead audits of transactions across warehouse, fulfilment and production, ensuring accurate, systematic entries at all stages.
* Report systematic compliance at team, site and group levels, converting compliance into financial impact to raise awareness and support.
* Manage master data control (SKU information, BOM, location) centrally for effective oversight.
* Identify and drive improvement opportunities where compliance falls short, coordinating continuous audit and result measurement.
* Coordinate and execute training (refresher, new‑joiner, compliance gaps) with team leaders, department heads, People and Systems team.
* Review and refine processes to reduce friction, improve controls and align records with minimal steps.
* Engage stakeholders and manage change across shifts and sites, ensuring successful implementation and embedding of changes.
* Explore new technologies and functionality, working with SAP Engineering and suppliers to roll out enhancements.
* Investigate and implement automations to improve system effectiveness and reduce manual processing.
* Lead your team’s performance, coaching 3 direct reports in the UK and 2 in Poland, fostering high engagement across sites.
