Why you’ll want this role: Exposure to high-growth PE-backed operations, working closely with inspiring leadership Variety guaranteed: you’ll cover everything from month-end and P&L to intercompany and Power BI reporting Study support and a clear development path to take your career to the next level Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: Delivering accurate month-end reporting and management accounts Reviewing P&L, posting and validating journals, managing accruals and prepayments Maintaining the fixed-asset register in NetSuite and overseeing balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring correct coding Managing intercompany charges across multiple entities Using Power BI to provide commercial insights on revenue, costs and performance Adding value through cost analysis, revenue recovery and spend reviews Supporting the Finance Lead and deputising when needed What you will need: Previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Financial Accountant / Assistant Accountant / Financial Accountant / Accountant / Finance Manager / Senior Accounts Assistant / Senior Finance Assistant A solid understanding of journals, prepayments, accruals and balance sheet integrity Confidence working across broad finance areas – ideally from an SME or multi-entity background Comfortable managing large data sets – Power BI or similar reporting skills are a bonus A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong communication skills – you’ll regularly engage with non-finance teams This could suit a first-time mover from practice, or someone in industry ready to broaden their remit.
