Responsibilities
for this Freelance Project Manager :
* Lead the delivery of civils projects (typically £500k-£5m value)
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and direct labour
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Produce and manage project programmes, cost reports, and progress updates
* Coordinate with commercial, design, and procurement teams
* Attend client / site meetings, provide regular reporting
Requirements
Requirements for this Freelance Project Manager :
* Proven experience delivering civils projects as Project Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
* Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the region
