Overview
As a Customer Care Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the Will drafting team and ensure the smooth functioning of the company's day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Log all new clients and matters onto the in-house systems promptly and accurately.
* Proactively follow up with clients to obtain the necessary documentation to complete their Wills.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the in-house system, including comprehensive notes from telephone conversations and filed correspondence.
* Process cheque, credit, and debit card payments accurately and in a timely manner.
* Handle incoming calls from clients courteously and professionally, adhering to data protection procedures. Take detailed messages when required and ensure they are promptly forwarded to the appropriate team member.
* Manage the processing of Wills for storage, including verification of validity and reprinting invalid Wills.
* Process changes of address and update clients\' files accurately.
* Proficient IT - using Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Professional and confident telephone manner.
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
* Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
* Excellent multitasking abilities.
* Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
* Flexible, adaptable, and conscientious.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
