Within their London office, they now seek an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:
Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Harrow office (as well as visiting sites) as required
Managing a portfolio situated in and around London
Ensuring all aspects of the portfolio are managed in accordance with client and resident expectations, providing an accountable, transparent, and high-quality service throughout
Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance provision, regular inspection, and major works
ATPI preferred
