Head of Client Service – *shopt
CPM UK is looking for a Head of Client Service to grow our strategic client base, generate new opportunities and increase revenue in Thame, Oxfordshire. The role is hybrid and offers an attractive compensation package including a basic salary, uncapped OTE, Bupa private medical insurance, generous car allowance and pension.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the client service team to deliver revenue targets for existing clients and maintain profitability.
* Build strong relationships and engage senior stakeholders to drive growth for *shopt.
* Create persuasive proposals using data to unlock new opportunities for current and prospective clients.
* Develop and manage a robust commercial model to keep *shopt competitive and win new business.
Required Qualifications
* Significant experience in sales, ideally leading a sales team.
* Proven record selling to blue‑chip/FMCG clients and negotiating at a senior level.
* Strong communication skills and credibility from the outset.
* Data‑literate and able to use insights to convert conversations into revenue opportunities.
* Ambitious mindset, self‑starter and able to lead from the front.
