Property Maintenance Coordinator
We have an exciting immediate vacancy for a growing property company based in Hendon.
They are looking for bright switched on candidate with experience in Property Maintenance, who will enjoy working within a busy fast paced environment.

* Salary: Up to £35k depending on experience
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (Office based)
* 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays (office will be closed on Jewish Holidays and it will be unpaid leave)

* Scheduling maintenance
* Handling tenant communication
* Basic reporting and data entry
* Coordinating with contractors
* Keeping up to date with compliance
