For many years, the home has been a trusted choice for families seeking high-quality care delivered with compassion, dignity and professionalism.Today, the home continues to benefit from an experienced core team, strong relationships within the local community and an excellent 9.9 Carehome review score. Occupancy remains healthy, and agency usage is relatively low compared to many services across the sector in this region.At the same time, we recognise there is more to achieve.Templeton House currently holds Care Inspectorate grades of 3,4,4,5,5, and while there are many strengths to build upon, we are looking for a leader who can drive greater consistency, strengthen clinical oversight, develop the team and continue improving the quality of care and resident experience.This is not a turnaround project.
