About Our Client
My client is a well known business based on the outskirts of Portsmouth who are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join the wider finance team to support with a backlog of work.
Job Description
As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
3. Processing invoices
4. Raising invoices
5. Collecting debt via telephone
6. Maintaining the cash book
7. Reconciling bank accounts
8. Assisting with accruals and prepayments
9. Assisting with month end duties
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the role you will:
10. Be immediately available and be able to commit to a temporary role
11. Have previously worked in a similar accounts role
12. Be a competent user of MS Excel (V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables)
13. Be able to hit the ground running
14. Be a good team player
