Role
Partou Sunny Days Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS.
* Support the Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in daily operations and compliance.
* Engage children in stimulating activities that promote learning and development.
* Foster a safe, inclusive environment and strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

About You
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Strong EYFS knowledge
* Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
* Passion for early years education
* Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
