Location: Flexible working location Closing Date: Tuesday 30 Sep 2025 Prestige Underwriting Service Ltd are looking for a Product Governance Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Technical Underwriting you will ensure the applications of the Company's Product Oversight and Governance policies and procedures in the design, approval, marketing and management of Prestige products and schemes, throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met, product value is maximised and appropriate client outcomes are delivered. What you'll be doing: Manage the Product Governance Team. Manage the Prestige Underwriting annual product reviews including completion, scheduling, framework and reporting. Manage the Prestige Underwriting product oversight and governance framework including completion, scheduling and reporting. Manage the Prestige Underwriting new product governance onboarding framework and processes, providing support to underwriters, capacity providers and key partners. Manage the reporting of conduct risks from the underwriting side of the business. Assist Head of Technical Underwriting in management of embedding any regulatory changes into current suite of products including any associated processes. Assist Head of Technical Underwriting in management of compliance-based projects into current suite of products and conducting the change that may come from these. Ensure that regular reviews of Prestige product range against competitor analysis is conducted, to boost and maintain the position of Prestige within the market. Assist Head of Technical Underwriting with ongoing maintenance of Prestige product literature, including Policy Wordings, IPID's. Manage the updating of on-going reports or create new ad hoc reports, providing metrics and updates for monitoring progress and updates to senior management and or business partners Incorporate lessons learned to enhance process and guidelines Who we're looking for: 5 GCSEs grade C or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent). Demonstrable experience in managing Governance based projects, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes. Extensive experience in underwriting in the personal lines market. Insurance market knowledge. Experience of analysing data, producing reports and providing recommendations. Experience and working knowledge of EDI and software house products. Possession of professional insurance qualifications, along with product knowledge in territories such as ROI would be desirable.
