Job Role
* Making calls to business customers to discuss outstanding debt
* Collecting debt on behalf of organisations
* Sending emails and correspondence
* Building customer rapport
* Updating and maintaining the database

* Previous experience in a similar role or transferable skills in retail, hospitality
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
