What Were Looking For
* Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
* Strong knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
* Diploma Level 4 (minimum) in Financial Advice (or equivalent)
* CAS status (or working towards it)
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* A client-first approach with a focus on delivering high-quality advice
