Cocktail / Bar Supervisor Suffolk Up to £32,000 Tips We are looking for an experienced Cocktail / Bar Supervisor for a High-End Restaurant close to Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, and Leiston. This restaurant has been open for a number of years and has won various awards for its service and food. It currently caters for 70 people, and all dishes are served to a rosette standard. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, hands-on person that can work well within a team, with fantastic inter-personal skills. This position would suit someone who has a passion for wine, cocktails and food, and is self-motivated and enjoys working with people. We are seeking a motivated Cocktail / Bar Supervisor to work alongside the management team and together working as a team, you will help to support this growing business. You must be keen to share your wealth of knowledge through training and guidance of staff as well as the general duties that come with this position. As Cocktail / Bar Supervisor, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a fresh food establishment and ideally have a well-rounded wine and food knowledge. You must have: • Experience of running a cellar and exceptional knowledge of fine wines, cocktails and ales• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area You will be smart, professional, consistent and enjoy getting to know clientele on a first name basis. A high standard of customer facing skills are required, with a focus on service and interacting with patrons. The WSET qualification is preferred but not essential for this role.
