More information can be found on What you'll be doing You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality people data and insights that support evidence-based decision making across the organisation. Working as part of an integrated People Data and Analytics team, you'll help develop and maintain robust data models, reporting, and workforce planning tools, while championing data integrity and best practice. You'll collaborate with colleagues across People and Culture to implement the PACT data strategy, provide expert advice on workforce data, and support strategic priorities such as pay, diversity, and talent. Depending on your specialist area, you'll lead on key reporting, modelling, or data integrity activities, while contributing more broadly to benchmarking, workforce planning, and continuous improvement. This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.
