Working hours: 40 per week
Salary: £13.42 per hour. Premium pay is provided for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.

As an Operations Support Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict timelines.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Answering incoming calls from customers regarding collection requests and delivery queries.
2. Sorting and allocating premium and distance deliveries.
3. Checking and investigating failed deliveries/collections when needed.
4. Prioritising and reallocating failures for next-day delivery as required.
5. Inputting data into our tracking system.
6. Maintaining clear and effective communication and collaboration with the team, managers, and other depots.
7. Following FedEx processes, procedures, controls, and external regulatory requirements.
You will also support your supervisor and team members as needed, ensuring the safe and secure movement of freight while complying with all legal requirements.
As part of the team, you'll ensure that customers' urgent packages are delivered on time, providing high-quality customer service and making every experience outstanding.
