Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent based in Gateshead. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, conducting consultations to understand client energy needs, and presenting suitable energy‑saving solutions. Additional tasks involve closing sales, fostering long‑term customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding performance targets. The role also involves maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of energy trends and Day2Day’s offerings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
* Strong communication skills, including verbal presentation and active listening
* Ability to analyze customer needs to recommend tailored energy solutions
* Self‑motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills
* Team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to achieving targets
* Familiarity with sustainable energy solutions or previous experience in the energy sector is a plus
* Flexibility to adapt to market trends and client requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
