Help us define the future of the UK heating and hot water industry by contributing to our mission to make home comfort green. Our Product Management team ensures the success of our products now and in the future by defining, steering, and delivering new products that support UK decarbonisation efforts in heating and hot water for both domestic and non-domestic buildings.
As a Product Management Intern, you will interface with departments such as Marketing, Logistics, Sales, After Sales, Training, Quality, and Finance. This internship is ideal for students with an entrepreneurial flair who seek a holistic understanding of bringing a successful product to market.
Responsibilities include:
* Product Strategy Development: Use Case, Market and Customer Segmentation; Competitor benchmarking; Customer Needs Identification; Developing Business Cases.
* Product Development & Launch: User experience testing; Product requirements engineering; Supporting product launch activities.
* Product Portfolio Management: Maintaining roadmaps aligned with UK net zero targets; Competitor pricing analysis; Product performance analysis; Managing promotion, extension, and phase-out activities.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be undergraduate students seeking a placement year as part of their degree. Preferred fields include Business Management, Economics, Product Design, Engineering, or Marketing.
Ideal candidates should have:
* A passion for learning and development
* Strong communication skills and confidence
* Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
* Entrepreneurial flair
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Additional requirements:
Valid Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the placement.

Working hours:
