Job Title: Corporate Tax Advisory Lead - Tax Director Location: East Midlands - Milton Keynes or Northampton Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 plus bonus Ref: 61878 Overview We are working with a fast?growing, forward?thinking accountancy firm looking to build out it's tax advisory practice to support a wide range of owner?managed businesses, SMEs, groups, and larger corporates. As part of their continued expansion, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead their advisory capability, build a team, and increase their client-base. This position forms a key part of the firm's growth strategy, offering significant scope to shape the direction of the advisory tax offering and play an influential role within the leadership team. The role provides extensive client exposure, responsibility for complex advisory work, and a central function in maintaining technical quality across the tax practice. Responsibilities
Operate as a de facto partner in the organization, delivering high?quality corporate advisory services to business owners, their companies, and large corporates. Provide advisory work spanning corporate structuring, business sales and acquisitions, Share Schemes, and employee incentive planning. Build a team, expand the client base, and shape the direction of the tax advisory function.
Qualifications
Experienced Corporate Tax Director with a strong technical tax background. Confident, technically strong tax professional comfortable operating at a strategic level. Demonstrated ability to build and lead a talent team, and to develop client relationships.
