Health and Safety Co-ordinator - Dental
Location: Salford or Bristol (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours, 12-month fixed-term
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits

You'll provide essential administrative support, help implement and monitor safety policies, maintain accurate compliance records, and assist with incident investigations. Your work will directly contribute to a positive safety culture across our dental practices, ensuring the highest standards of care for our customers and teams.
How You Will Make Health Happen
* Provide essential administrative support to the Health and Safety Manager and Officer.
* Help implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
* Coordinate safety meetings, training sessions, and inspections.
* Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
* Promote a positive safety culture across the business.
Experience and Skills Required
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in standard office IT systems (email, spreadsheets, document management).
* Enthusiasm for learning and developing in health and safety
