How you’ll make an impact
As Assistant Controller, you will:
* Prepare and deliver consolidated monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders
* Support treasury operations and maintain rolling cash flow forecasting
* Partner with finance leadership to improve reporting processes and controls
* Support audit, tax and compliance processes across multiple entities
* Manage and oversee equity administration processes
* Drive process improvement, automation and close optimisation initiatives
* Support finance transformation and systems-related projects
* Work cross-functionally with finance, operations and leadership teams
* Help scale finance processes to support ongoing international growth
* Contribute to wider strategic and operational finance initiatives across the business
Why you’re a great fit
Essential
* ACA or equivalent qualified with strong accounting and reporting foundations
* Background within practice combined with industry experience
* Strong financial reporting and analytical capability
* A hands on approach - this is an SME environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and support change initiatives
Desirable
* Experience within technology, SaaS or investor-backed businesses
* Exposure to multi-entity environments
* NetSuite or larger ERP system experience
* Interest in finance transformation, AI or automation initiatives
* Experience supporting treasury, cash flow forecasting or equity administration
