We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Trading Coordinator to support our UK Sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of trading activities, acting as a key link between Sales and internal stakeholders. You will provide operational, analytical and administrative support to enable effective customer trading and business growth.
* Provide day-to-day support to the UK Sales team, including preparing quotations, presentations and business reviews
* Analyse EPOS data to identify trends and potential risks, supporting informed decision-making
* Coordinate customer promotions, pricing, rebates and product set-up processes
* Manage customer data, price files and commercial agreements
* Support customer visits through analysis, preparation and follow-up actions
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategies
* Organise and coordinate sales conferences and key meetings
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
* Lead and develop direct reports where applicable
Who we are looking for
* Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
* Team-oriented with strong influencing skills and a customer-first mindset
