A prestigious, law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join their highly regarded Coventry office. As a Conveyancer, you will provide expert legal guidance on Residential Conveyancing matters while managing a full and varied caseload. You will also play a key role in supporting the development of the department. Job duties: Managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to post-completion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers, including handling technical legal enquiries. Proactively contributing to the growth and improvement of the department Job requirements: A minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience or equivalent in Residential Property. Strong knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
